Cebu Pacific Airlines is a low-cost airline based in Pasay City, Manila, Philippines. It is one of the Philippines’ national flag carriers, and currently the country’s leading domestic airline. Cebu Pacific is the leading domestic carrier in the Philippines and operates the most domestic destinations, flights and routes and has the youngest fleet. It operates scheduled domestic and international services. Its main base is Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, with a hub at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Francisco Bangoy International Airport and Diosdado Macapagal International Airport.

I have reservations for my wife and I to travel from Hong Kong to Manila 11th /12thMarch and find that your baggage allowance is less than from London to Hong Kong how can we overcome this we will each be carrying hand luggage and our bags will be 24 kilos we will not be able to bring less we have already removed a lot and will be in Phil for five weeks.

We have been waiting for our refund of airfare which we cancelled last july, 2008.
Its already November and the woman i talked too, told me that refund be credited in my CC 30-45 days since the time i reported that i need my refund.. so it means to say that once you cancelled your booking it does not automatically reflect in this database.. so i was only able to report the request for refund on Sept. 25, 2008..
I am just loking ofr any telephone number where i could get in touch with cebu pacific to follow up my refund and its the 60th day now.
Please can I have an operating tel number to follow up my CC refund (2 separate bookings = 3 airline tickets). Given this nos. in Centennial 3 – 854-8560 & 852-2328 (loc 263) but several days already of failed connection?

i am a passenger of cebu pacific. my flight was marcy 21, 2009 sunday in the afternoon. i had one cartoon left because my money was not enough to pay the excess baggage and i still have to pay the terminal fee of 200 pesos. i talked to the woman in the check in area if it is possible that i will bring my cartoon to cagayan de oro city and i will pay in cagayan de oro city. according to her not allowed, i need to pay in manila. i do not know about the long delays of this cebu pacific. it was my first time to fly with cebu pacific. i left the cartoon in x-ray entrance with a lady guard duty at that time, according to her suv employees in a hurry because the flight is 12:20 but i arrived in cagayan de oro about 3 o clock in the afternoon.
i had information that my cartoon was logged book in the impound. it has a marked e. mac. i want to know for how long it can stay there safe. i always ask my cousin to get it and i gave him the money of five huundred pesos for him to jrs my cartoon to malaybalay city.

booked 3 online tickets MNL-HKG round trip & cancelled jan11 2009. paid using my credit card. i was told by the call center agent that refund processing will take 45-60 banking days. called apr23 2009 & was told that the refund is still being processed.

we buy a ticket in SM Papa-pala Dasmarinas Branch Cavite. Ticket is manila to Butuan. However due to sickness (because she is already old) we decided the ticket to be refunded. When we presented the tickets and submitted the requirements there was NO FURTHER INFORMATION GIVEN BUT JUST THE REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY. We were told that refund will be after 1 month. We were disappointed, refund was released after 1 1/2 month. WHAT IS MORE SHOCKING!!! which i almost blew up deductions was more than half of the ticket. My goodness, we purchased the ticket at 2,810 deduction was 1,700 and the net amount we received is only 1,110.00 Is this RIGHT? If this is your procedure, THEN I DON’T HAVE ANY FURTHER COMMENT. BUT PLEASE…give a necessary LECTURE… ORIENTATION AND EXPLANATION to those who want refund that they can only get less than half amount. If only this matter was clearly explained to us THEN… WE WILL RE-BOOK the ticket.

what the f***! cebu pacific really don’t care about their customers. i’ve forwarded my complaint to their “feedback form” and they promised to get back to me after 7 days (from a computer generated reply).
and it’s true that they get back to me after 5 working days, but again from a computer generated reply only. their script makes me sick, saying thank you for my feedback because it has given them the opportunity to improve their customer service. saying they are sincere with their apology and all those f*** up script. but honestly they don’t make me feel that they are sincere. and i believe you will agree with me with that. here is their reply and please let me know if i am right or not…

I am Mr. Michael Keil, and I am writing this to express my DISGUST and DISAPPOINTMENT on how you take care of your customers, and I think you should take these seriously and improve your service.
Last May 4, I and my wife Joy Keil and seven (7) of our friends took a flight bound from Manila to Caticlan, Boracay. We were scheduled on 12:50pm at flight 5J 915 at terminal 3. This is our first outing together and we wanted to enjoy and maximize our time and vacation together, since we’re bound to return to Manila from Caticlan, Boracay by May 6, 2009 because we have our respective work schedules the following day.
On the time that we checked-in at T3, one of your employee called my friend, (Mr. Mark Generalao), and other passengers as well, asking for four (4) volunteers that can skip the flight (5J915) because of weight imbalance, and your office even offered a free one (1) domestic round trip ticket that is valid for one year for the four (4) passengers that is willing to take the next flight. The other group accepted the offer as far as I know.
Upon arriving at Caticlan airport at 1:50pm, we are so excited and we even took our pictures while waiting for our BAGGAGE’S! After almost 30 minutes of waiting, TO OUR SURPRISE, WE ARE JUST WAITING FOR NOTHING! WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR BAGGAGES WERE LEFT IN MANILA AND WILL JUST BE DELIVERED IN OUR RESPECTIVE HOTELS. ALL PASSENGERS WERE REALLY SHOCKED, SO WE WENT TO YOUR CATICLAN OFFICE AND THEY ARE INSISTING THAT WE WERE INFORMED. ARE YOU SAYING THAT ALL OF YOUR PASSENGERS ARE LIARS???
I AM COMPLAINING BECAUSE YOU RUIN OUR VACATION, AND YOU TOOK A DAY OF OUR PRECIOUS TIME! OUR TIME TO ENJOY, RELAX, DO ACTIVITIES AND TO BOND.
ALL OF OUR CLOTHES AND OTHER IMPROTANT THINGS ARE IN OUR CHECK-IN BAGGAGE, WHATS EVEN WORST IS THE MEDICINE OF MR. KC (SON OF MARK GENERALAO) WAS ALSO IN THE BAGGAGE AND HE WASN’T ABLE TO TAKE IT ON TIME. WE STAYED IN THE HOTEL ALL AFTERNOON AND NIGHT WAITING FOR OUR BAGGAGE. IT WAS THEN DELIVERED AT AROUND 8PM!
I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTER (702-0888) USING MY CELL PHONE AND AFTER 10MINS OF WAITING I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO MS. CHAI AT AROUND 2PM (MAY 4, 2009), SHE SAID THAT SHE CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND SHE JUST GAVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE (853-9872 and 853-0113). I TRIED CALLING FROM 2PM TO 5PM AND NO ONE WAS ANSWERING. I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTER AGAIN AT 7:30PM AND WAS ABLE TO TALK TO MS. MILES, SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL FORWARD MY COMPLAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR A RETURN CALL BY TOMORROW MORNING, MAY 5, 2009.
ON MAY 5, 2009, I WAS WAITING FOR YOUR CALL BUT AGAIN I AM WAITING FOR NOTHING! AROUND LUNCHTIME, I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTER AGAIN AND WAS ABLE TO TALK TO MR. MUJ, HE SAID THAT MY COMPLAINT WAS ALREADY FORWARDED AND ALL HE CAN DO IS TO FORWARD IT AGAIN. THAT SAME DAY I WAS STILL TRYING TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE BUT AGAIN NO ONE WAS ANSWERING.
ON MAY 6, 2009, UPON ARRIVING AT T3, WE WENT STRAIGHT TO YOUR PASSENGER ASSISTNACE COUNTER AND WE WERE DEMANDING TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER TO RAISE OUR COMPLAINT, AND AGAIN TO OUR SURPRISE THEY JUST TOLD US THAT ALL OF YOUR MANAGERS WERE ON A MEETING. WOW!!! I JUST WISH THAT THE AGENDA OF YOUR MEETING IS ON HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IS THIS HOW YOU ORIENT YOUR EMPLOYEES? AS IF WE WERE DUMB TO ACCEPT THAT REASON.
THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT, AND I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR YOU NOT TO BY PASS YOUR CUSTOMERS AGAIN. AND I WILL LET EVERYJUAN KNOWS, BY ANY MEANS, HOW YOU ARE DISRESPECTING, AND SNOBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I have the same predicament with one of the poster, re: baggage. I’m coming from an international flight from Canada and the international flight allows 2 baggages of 22kls each, so that would be my baggage, and i booked a connecting flight at Cebu Pacific. This is a query about an on-line booking I did last 17thFeb20010 under your 50%-Promo Sale for my daughter, Maria Laurice V Sanchez,for a round trip travel- Singapore-Cagdeoro-Singapore on 23Sep10/21Oct10.
When I finished filling out the data, up to filling up my credit card number (and the number at the back) and proceed to the final page, I tried to save it, then I closed the page. But at the time I clicked close the page, I remember I have seen a note “pending”. But I had already click-closed the page.
To-date, I have no feed back of the status of my said booking I made. I tried to open the page I have supposed to have saved, but I cannot open. It says there’s error.
Please advise be then of the status of said booking, the soonest possible time.

Last July 4, 2010 (Sunday), I booked a roundtrip ticket (MNL-HCM-MNL) in the morning before lunch thru the Cebu Pacific website with details:
Departure date : July 19, 2010 11:10pm (Monday)
Return date : August 31, 2010 (Not sure if it was July 31 or 30)
After entering my mom’s credit card details, the webpage was going to it’s last page when I got an error from the website. I double checked my email address (maro11@hotmail.com) because I normally get my e-ticket right away and this time around I didn’t get any. I checked my email from time to time during the whole day and at night time when I still didn’t get an email, I assumed that my last transaction didn’t go thru because I was receiving Cebu Pacific “promo” emails though I didn’t get my e-ticket.
I tried once again doing the same procedure and booked a roundtrip ticket (MNL-HCM-MNL) thru the Cebu Pacific website:
Departure date : July 19, 2010 11:10pm (Monday)
Return date : August 19, 2010
Exact same departure date but different Return Date. For me, the return date didn’t matter because I’m going to be working in Ho Chi Minh for awhile. The same error happened to me where I didn’t get the “successfully booked” or a message similar to it. Also, I again checked my email address (maro11@hotmail.com) and didn’t get any e-tickets both for this one and my earlier booking. Being a regular Cebu Pacific traveler, this time around I finally called the hotline since this is the first time this has happened to me.
I’m not sure if I’m talking to a customer representative or a real Cebu Pacific reservations offer but I was told to follow up EARLY MORNING (exact words) July 5, 2010 because for double booking , there needs to be an investigation if there was really an error on the system.
I called the next date around 10am already and I was told that the investigation isn’t done yet and I need to follow up again because no one knows exactly when they’ll find out about the results of this investigation.
I called again the next date (July 7 if I’m not mistaken), and was told the same thing but this time I stressed the real urgency that I need to give my flight details and Confirmation.
The last time I called was July 9 around 12.30am to give whoever it is who is investigating more time. I got the same response and I’ve been retelling my story over and over again. I even asked the last person I talked to if the investigation could even go beyond July 19 when I was meant to fly out and he said he can’t assure when they’ll find out about the results and I need to follow again.The least was I could have been offered an update from Cebu Pacific instead of me following up again and again. Time and again, I’ve told whoever was on the other line that it is important for this to be resolved right away because this can affect my employment overseas.
I think regardless of the double booking Cebu Pacific’s customer service is really bad for having a passenger wait and keep following up and couldn’t even give a date when the matter will be resolved. 5 days passed and there is no single clue to what is happening.
I think it’s common sense that it’s a double booking because my exact name was booked at the exact flight details for departure regardless of the return flight because obviously you can’t fly out twice at the same time.
If it is easier for your company, just cancel both bookings, I’ll even pay for the cancellation fees and move on to another airline just to get this resolved.
I hope a reply to this e-mail won’t take as long as how long this “investigation” is taking.
based on my experience, everyone should be careful with booking cebu pacific online because if someone accidentally makes a double booking mistake, no error messages come out but it will be charged straight to your credit card. obviously a programming glitch in the airline’s system
