I am boycotting CEB PAC since 2 years as they are simply a bunch of LIARS. Last week I got weak and lured again by their cheap fares and since it was All Saints Day they have been the cheapest by far so I booked them from Caticlan. On the flight from Cebu to Caticlan we had 5 hours delay, so that one day of our 4 day vacation was already spoilt thanks to this bloddy airlines. Our flight back was at 7am so we have to wake up at 4 to catch the flight. Reaching Caticlan Airport we were told that due to bad weather they are moving passengers to Kalibo, so I got angry and since shouting and lies is the only language these Buggers understand I told them I have a connection flight from Cebu to Singapore and immediately they checked us in. The flight left 10 before schedule departure time and we found that the flight only had 10 passengers, so I guess by pretending bad weather they wanted to move the passengers to Kalibo and cancel the flight. Only those who made big noise finally made it to the flight, the others had to go all the way to Kalibo
By the way? The Weather on route was VERY FINE

There is something totally wrong with how Cebu Pacific is running its’ business right now. Aside from the numerous complaints it gets not just from their passengers but even from airline security personnel, you cannot even get access to their supposedly Customer Feedback Form page from their website. I am trying in vain to find a means to go and air my complaint to Mr. Lance Gokongwei directly so my concerns can be heard. If PAL can give you direct access to Mr. JJB (Jaime Bautista) email and his senior staff will try to resolve the issue at hand before turning it over to him, why can Cebu Pacific not do the same?
