The line was busy and no operator was taking the call. With our desperation at around 4.48 pm, I called the NAIA hotline through my mobile phone and we were able to connect and asked about the cancellation of the Cebu Pacific flight, the lady transferred me to Cebu Pacific line and the lady from your airline answered me and i asked her if there was any cancellation of our 5.15 pm flight from MLA-BCD flight of that day, she said there was no any advisory about the cancellation of their flight, so i asked her also if the 1.05 pm flight departed already going to BCD, she said no it was only delayed. A delayed of more than 5 hours was not delayed anymore it means there was a problem with the weather. The Cebu Pacific management should already declared cancellation of all flights in the afternoon, since the other airlines already declared cancellation of their flights earlier.
