Cebu Pacific is the fourth fastest growing airline in the world, according to Airline Business Magazine’s August 2008 issue. The publication also cited the airline as the fastest growing low cost carrier (LCC). Cebu Pacific, which flies to 24 domestic destinations and 16 countries, flew 5.5 million passengers in 2007 – a 58 per cent increase over the figure in 2006. Despite rising fuel costs, Cebu Pacific expects to fly seven million people in 2008.
