    dear maam,

    greetings to you,

    i ahve a kind of problem with my ticket i supposed to fly back to cebu this march 18 at 12:20 am but with the accident i have i did not able to cxome to the airport so i miss my flight im hoping you can still book my ticket to another flight.

    its not really my fault the hostel im staying has a safety deposit box which i put my ticket and my passport but then the owner of that hostel was left and i did not able to get my passport and my ticket .
