To whom it may concern,

I just want to ask/inform your good office how we can retrieved our baggage that your airlines left in davao.
We are very unsatisfied with the services in the LOST bagages department. For infact it is your company’s fault.
My husband and my kid left davao last April 16 with the flight #866.
when they arrived at the manila airport they found out that their bagage was no where to find in the concourse.
they complaint with the person incharge but until now we did not get any information about our bagage.
We called with the tel# that they give but nobody is answering the phone.
There are some important matters inside the bag so we need it very badly.
Just i would like to know if you your department responsible for this matter is doin their jobs.
