But normally pinoy passengers has an average of 20 to 25 kgs og baggage. I believed this regulations is set to get more profit rather than selling cheaper tickets. I like to travel cebu pacific, but now, im double checking because Philippine airlines is now competetive in terms of cheaper tickets.
