I JUST WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR STAFF IN TERMINAL 3 HER NAME IS NER. SINCE SEPTERMBER 18, 2010. AT THAT TIME I COMPLAIN ABOUT MY TICKET I GIVE MY CONTACT NUMBER TO HER AND ALSO MY E-MAIL AD. BUT UP TO NOW, NO CALL AND NO MAIL. SHES A LIAR.
MY CONFIRAMTION NO. B6N82J. I ALSO COMPLAIN MR. JANRY NUFABLE HIS VERY BAD HIS ALSO IN TERMINAL 3 SALES OFFICE. AND ALSO JEN FLORES IN OLD DOMESTIC TICKETING OFFICE THEY DONT KNOW THERE WORK. I WANT A RESPONSE ASAP PLEASE. THANK YOU.

confirmation number B94Y8Q SHEEN NICHOLAS BAKER GUHITING name will change from sheen nicholas apostol baker.we send 25 times mail to this mail address as they said and after 30 mnts.we call londistance but they siad no mail recieve.they give me another mail add,i send 20 times again to be sure another 30 mnts we should call again.still no mail recieve.we must travel this may23 2010 from kansai osaka to manila.may24 2010 4:00am to manila davao.very important matters we should be there at that date.please help me ,and answer me soon.

i have a problem on my grandson name.confirmation number B94Y8Q guest:angeline apostol baker(daughter)sheen nicholas apostol baker(grandson)thiago otsuka de oliveira(our friend) SHEEN NICHOLAS BAKER GUHITING is the correct name.we already send passport copy,birth cert.,thru the said address from cebucall centerfor 25 times,but still no mail recieve.they give me another addressafter 30mns.we call but still dont recieve mail.we must travel this sunday may 23 kansai-manila-davaoon 24 4:00am.very important matters to be there with my daughter and her son,please help as.we spend aloy of money by londistance call.reply soon

We have a group of (20) young people and planning to have a retreat for (5)-days June 14-18 in Leyte flying from Manila. With a limited budget, how can we avail of the PHP1 promo sale? I just book my friends last Nov 30,2009, Having a Confirmation number VC5WPN
Guest Details 1. Ms. Marivic de leon Navarro
2. Mr. Mitchel Roi Caparas
Flight Details:
Going out
Depart 15 Dec. 2009 from Saigon (SGN) at 01:20 Arrive to Manila (MNL) at 04:50H Flight 5J 752
Coming Back
Depart 28 Dec.2009 from Manila(MNL) at 23:10H Arrive to Saigon (SGN) at 00:40H Flight 5J 751

My problem is the name of Mr. Mitchell Roi Daileg Caparas in Itenerary information is missing the one “L” I type it as Mitchel only instead of “Mitchell” which is the correct one another one is the middle name of
Mr. Caparas does not include in this, to make it clear here is the full name (first name) MITCHELL ROI (middle name) DAILEG (last name) CAPARAS.

I want to ask if this error can be affect toMr.Mitchell Roi Daileg Caparas in time of his departure, if this one is a problem just let me know how to settled this error.

One thing more I try to contact Cebu Pacific call center +632 7020888 for 2 days so many times recording only answering I waste a lot of money because Im in Cambodia and Im using a cellphone and I sent also this email to customerservice@cebupacificair.com until now I never receive anything.
