ive received the confirmation for my payments for my flight.ive asked for the copy of the ticket send to my email.may i ask if the confirmation page and the ticket itself are the same.coz i havent received till now the ticket ive been told to wait for only 5mins.i need to print the ticket now.1st time traveller.thank you.

maganda ang flights ng cebu pacific dahil comfortable ang seats at smooth ang flights kaya lng the other day pa po ako tawag ng tawag sa 7020888 pero puro lng busy tone nkukuha ko. i need to use my travel voucher on friday, june 27. kahit provincial cebu pacific offices hindi rin ma-kontak. kindly act on this. send reply via my e-mail the soonest possible please. thanks.

Sinusubukan po naming tawagan ang 7020888. Ilang beses na po. Hindi po talaga kami maka-connect.

Meron po akong voucher (round-trip) na gusto ko na sanang gamitin at hanggang sa May 24 na lang po ito pero hindi nga po ako makatawag.

Kung pwede po sana magamit ko ang aking mga voucher sa May 9 o 10 papuntang Butuan, at pabalik sa Maynila sa May 24.

Meron po bang ibang number na pwedeng tawagan? O kaya, pwede na po bang dito sa email gawin ang pag-confirm?
