me and my wife were scheduled to travel in boracay on 01 November 2010 monday 1135 H with Flight No.5J 339 , due to the car accident happens to us last august 29 sunday night,until now my wife cannot walk because of hip joint dislocation.may i know if there’s a chance for us to have rebooking or having a refund for the amont we paid, thank you if you will be having a considerations on this case

Hi. I booked a round trip ticket for clark-hongkong on jan.25 and jan. 28, 2011. I booked them last april 2, 2010. however, i lost the printed e-ticket and wasnt able to copy the confirmation number. how can i get another copy of my e-ticket since i also didn’t receive any email from cebu pacifc regarding my flight details. i’ve been calling your hotlines but itj ust keeps on ringing and the recorded voice just keeps on playing. please adress my problem as soon as possible. thanks

In February 16,2010 our organization planned to have a sports fest that will be held in tagbilaran bohol.And our arrivals is in cebu city international airport. It is also in favor on us because cebu city is our residential place.The other organization told us to ride in cebu pacific airlines because it is too convenient and a fast airplane. We want to came as early, so that we can tour in different tourist spots there. Since we are about 20 persons, we would like to know how much the cost in each person? There is an cebu pacific schedule that will arrive as early as 6:30 in the morning on the date that we’ve mentioned? We shall appreciate you’re reply as soon as possible.
